At MSA Handloom, we are committed to delivering high-quality textile products. As a manufacturer dealing in fabrics, we follow a strict no-return policy under normal conditions.

No Return Policy

All products once sold are not eligible for return if they are in good condition and not defective from our end.

Return Eligibility (Exception Cases)

Returns will only be considered under the following condition:

  • The product is defective or damaged due to our manufacturing fault

Return Request Window

  • Customers must report any issue within 15 days of delivery

Conditions for Return Approval

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Proof of issue (images/videos) must be provided

  • Claim must be genuine and verified by our team

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer

  • Refund timeline may vary depending on verification and processing

Return Shipping

  • In approved cases, return shipping cost will be borne by MSA Handloom

Important Notes

  • Custom or made-to-order fabrics are strictly non-returnable

  • Slight color variations or minor weaving irregularities are natural in textile production and will not be considered defects
