Terms of Service – MSA Handloom

By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

MSA Handloom is a textile manufacturing business based in Bhagalpur, Bihar, India. All products are supplied as per availability and agreed terms.

Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to place an order

Product Information

  • We strive to ensure accurate product details

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handloom processes

Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving 50% advance payment

  • Remaining 50% payment must be completed before dispatch

  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Bulk Orders

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

    • 100 meters for available stock

    • 300 meters for custom/non-stock production

  • Production time depends on order quantity

  • Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins

  • Cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp or email

Limitation of Liability

MSA Handloom shall not be held liable for:

  • Minor variations in product appearance

  • Delays caused by logistics or external factors

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India

  • Jurisdiction: Bhagalpur, Bihar
